My friends and I did a fun dive and AOWD certification at BDS on January 26-27, 2025. We highly recommend this dive center for anyone looking to dive in Bangsring / Tabuhan / Menjangan. The explanations and service from Pak Menyun and his team were very helpful and satisfying. The equipment is also new and well-maintained. I also greatly appreciate Pak Menyun's dedication to involving and educating local children (and the fishermen's children) to help develop diving tourism in Bangsring. We gained a lot of new insights from Pak Menyun. We would love to come back! 👍🏼🐙💖

I took a fun dive here, and the staff and instructors were friendly, with excellent and satisfying service. All the diving equipment is in good condition and well-maintained. The tanks are cute, and the lunch was delicious, healthy, and nutritious. Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable during the dive, and the visibility was poor, but overall, the dive site was really great!

Our first time joining the DSD program and trying it out at Banyuwangi Diving School turned out to be one of the best decisions of our lives! All the staff and dive instructors were very kind and made us feel safe 🌟🌟🌟🌟. On the day of diving, we got stuck in traffic in Ketapang, but the BDS team quickly provided a solution 👏🏼. At the dive spot, I initially felt panicked, but I eventually enjoyed it for 45 minutes without realizing the time 🥹. Keep up the good work! We would love to recommend it and come back as soon as possible! ✨

Me and my sister took our certification for open water diving here, coming from the Netherlands. First time diving and the instructor Pak Manyon was very thorough and clear, making it a fun and enjoyable experience. We got our certification in addition to getting to see nice sights underwater. Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful time.

I spontaneously decided to take a diving course while being on vacation in Banyuwangi and it was THE BEST water experience ever! I took the open water PADI certification, the training lasted 3 days with the help of the very very friendly staff and professional, helpful diving instructor (Pak Menyun). The water sessions were great and it felt like I was in different world while looking at the fish and seeing the sunken ships. In addition, Bangsring was a great place to dive and was easily accessible. Thank you to all the staff that made me feel so safe and comfortable! I WILL be missing this back in the Netherlands. Hopefully I can come back next year to take AOWD.

Banyuwangi Diving School is the best diving school in Banyuwangi! I tried their Discover Scuba Diving and the team was super friendly and knowledgeable. Service was excellent and really satisfying. Even though they just opened a year ago, all the diving equipment is in great condition and well-maintained.The dive tank is cute with ocean-themed paintings, and the lunch they provided was delicious, healthy, and nutritious. They even provide clean towels — love the attention to detail!

The scuba diving experience was extraordinary. Initially, I had no idea what I was doing, but then they explained the definition, theory, and post-diving precautions, as well as the taboos. Furthermore, before diving, they practiced in the pool, providing several techniques that were easy to understand and supported diving.The staff, instructors, and crew were all friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home. This is such a great place to learn scuba diving! The instructors are super patient and make you feel comfortable, even if you’re a complete beginner. The equipment is in really good condition and well taken care of, so you can dive with confidence. The service is also friendly and professional, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. And the meals were really good too hehe, I liked it! The manager & all the staffs were super friendly, care & helpful! 🥰 Thank you 🥰Took 3 days of diving with 7 logs and they arranged it amazingly and fun! The price is very reasonable. Not only take profit from the guests, but they also educate the guests about the social, environment and economy that happenin Bangsring and surrounding areas. They also collaborate with the locals and support them. Gonna take diving trip with BDS again on my next trip to Banyuwangi!

Perfect buddy to explore underwater in banyuwangi

Going by a friend's recommendation, I took my children for a snorkelling trip with BDS and we had so much fun! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, patient and attentive, our guide took a lot of underwater photos and videos using both their action cam and mine. The masks, fins and life vests were in excellent condition. Thank you and all the best.
